Your purchase of any voucher, coupon or gift card (collectively, “Vouchers”) through Payflex Proprietary Limited (Registration No: 2017/406318/07) (“Payflex”, “we”, or “us”) is governed by these Payflex Voucher Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms will apply to Payflex, and any related party, which operates Payflex products and services including the Pay-Now Service and the Pay-Later Service. In your purchase of Vouchers through Payflex, you agree to be bound under the Terms effective at the time of your purchase and all terms incorporated by reference. Should you not agree to all these terms, do not purchase any Vouchers from Payflex. Vouchers are available for purchase via our website www.payflex.co.za and other platforms, products and services we may offer (collectively, the “Payflex Platform”). We strongly advise you to review these terms each time you make a Voucher purchase from Payflex to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.

1. AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
All vouchers are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or any part of an order and to discontinue products without notice. All prices are subject to change and the price charged will be the price set out on the Services at the time of your order. If you purchase multiple Vouchers, the total amount that you purchase on all the cards may be subject to a maximum limit. Vouchers purchased through Payflex are only available for use within South Africa.
2.1 The expiration date for a Voucher will be displayed on the Voucher. Please refer to the expiry date to ensure you redeem your Voucher in the allocated time frame. Payflex is not responsible if users do not redeem their Voucher before the expiration date.
2.2. Unless otherwise stated by the applicable Retailer, the Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
2.3. Payflex is not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. Payflex is not responsible if any Voucher is rendered unsuitable for redemption through no fault of Payflex. If you have lost or misplaced your Voucher and the balance has not been spent or changed from the original amount, you can contact the third-party supplier and they may send you a replacement, provided they can confirm the balance is unused.
2.4. Vouchers purchased via Payflex will be delivered to the email address associated with your Payflex account, or any other email address, or address, you nominate through the purchase process. Please double check that the email address associated with your Payflex account, or any other email address, or address provided, is correct and valid before purchasing, as Payflex is not responsible for Vouchers delivered to an incorrect or invalid email address or address.
3. RETAILER AND OTHER THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER TERMS AND LIABILITY
3.1. Vouchers that you purchase through the Payflex Platform are supplied by third-party suppliers and/or are issued by participating third-party retailers (collectively, “Retailers”). Your purchase of each Voucher is governed by certain terms and conditions established by the issuing Retailer in addition to these Terms. Redemption of each Voucher is governed by certain terms and conditions established by other Retailers in addition to these Terms. Retailers set expiration dates for Vouchers, in addition to other restrictions and requirements. Please review all applicable Retailers and relevant third-party supplier terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any Voucher. If you have questions relating to the applicable Retailer terms, please contact the issuing Retailer directly. As the issuers of Vouchers, the Retailers and not Payflex are fully responsible for all aspects of their Voucher programs. Retailers are responsible for all liabilities and costs suffered by you or any other party caused – directly or indirectly – by the Retailer or their products or services.
3.2. We have no obligation to resolve any dispute between you and any Retailer or third-party supplier. Payflex holds no liability for the sale of products or services provided to you by a Retailer or third-party suppliers. In purchasing a Voucher from an issuing Retailer and redeeming a Voucher from a third-party supplier, you waive and release Payflex and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents from any Liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission of a Retailer or third-party supplier. Neither Payflex, third-party suppliers nor any Retailer is responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers.
4. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on Vouchers. Payflex is not responsible for the refund of any purchase price or return of any products purchased from Retailers.
5. LOST OR STOLEN VOUCHERS
Treat your Voucher like cash. Lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. The bearer of the Voucher will be taken to be the owner of the Voucher. If someone has partially or fully redeemed your Voucher(s), we are not liable.
6. RESPONSIBLE USE AND PROTECTION OF YOUR VOUCHER
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Voucher. You are liable for all transactions on your Voucher, except to the extent to which there has been negligence by us. Protect your Voucher information by viewing it in privacy to ensure no one views and records your Voucher information. We strongly encourage all users to have a passcode on your mobile device.
We do not represent or warrant that any description, Voucher, Retailer or pricing information displayed on our Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, we will endeavour to correct it as quickly as possible and revise your order accordingly or to cancel the order and refund any charged amount.
